Amir's Family Needed Some Help
Recently moved into the Rochester area from Afghanistan, Amir's family was dealing with a lot. Amir's Dad recently lost his job due to his son's many medical appointments. This is a situation we see a lot, and a catch-22 that so many parents of children with medical issues have to deal with.
Then their van broke down and needed new brakes and bearings and a brake line. Without the funds to get the repairs done, they were stuck.
